Post Toasted
I really am sorry I don't post more often. This website and blog ground to a balky, cranky start when I belatedly realized there's just no other way to self-publicize and stay in touch with readers in the 21st century. Unfortunately, none of that cold hard truth makes me a faster adapter. I instinctively dislike conducting my professional and social life on the Web, but I'm just gonna have to learn to loosen up. While that unfolds (unloosens?), your patience is most appreciated. Anyone else out there have as much trouble with this as me?
Hey, Joan!!! I feel you. But, you rock and it's always great to know what's going on with you and what you think. I'm always looking forward to it. Post some sketches, too. (I still haven't gotten over your little sketch notebook. It's such a constant inspiration.) Love ya! Victor Hodge
Victor--Happy birthday! This nice note reminded me to add you to my half-assed blogroll, in Links... Everyone go look at Victor's pretty, pretty work. He's an inspiration because he does get it together to post sketches regularly and they're beautiful.
Joan, new to your homepage & blog. I'm not a blog participant myself. I didn't grow up in the digital age. Just keep the home page updated with your "professional" works & let it go at that. We, the audience, should be happy with whatever you provide. Good luck & love your work. K
I just miss reading Bitter Girl! When will GMaz get it together? Don't they know that BG was the best thing on their site?! Good luck with everything!

K, thanks so much and welcome to the site. Kaili, I agree about Gmax, write & complain! If it's not in print elsewhere in your area, you can still read BG weekly online at the Dallas Voice (download the issue, go to back pages) or Seattle Gay News. See the BG section on this site for details...
