Mess with Texas

I love the Dallas Voice because they’re a fine paper and they run me every week, but for some reason they only archive the boy strips — no Bitter Girl, no Jane’s World — and even the boy strip archives are several months behind. What’s up with that? Do me a favor and write them demanding they bring the archives up to speed. All five of you.

This week’s strip: “Bad Energy”

Wow! By total coincidence, I sent Jessica & Rose off on a business/mess-around trip to Iowa the very same week gay marriage got approved there…Now what, readers?

Lynn in the news

Cartoonists are solitary and obsessed with their creations, so when they stumble across real-life twins of them, it’s an insanely bright spot in their sad, weird little lives! Or am I only talking about one person?

Anyway, this chick totally reads as Lynn (above, right) to me. Although she definitely needs to become less good-natured, and start smoking at work.

Rose, of course (above, left), is sui generis. But I encourage people to send me real-life twins of her. Lots and lots and lots of real-life twins.
