Happy 2014! Who knows when I’ll ever be on the same pages with Danticat, Wolitzer, Eugenides, Moody et al again, so I’m thrilled to be a part of this project. My contribution is an illustrated essay about the 1987 March on Washington for Lesbian & Gay Rights and the groundbreaking Brown publication that came out of it.
